INGREDIENTS
- 2 L of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 200 g of Spaghetti La Moderna®
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 16 large shrimp, cleaned
- A pinch of salt and ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of parsley, washed, disinfected, and chopped
- 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons of basil leaves, washed and disinfected
- 1/2 cup of fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
PREPARATION
- Heat the water and salt in a pot until it boils.
- Immediately add the Spaghetti La Moderna® and cook until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and soften the garlic without letting it change color.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn a bright color.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon zest.
- Cook for one more minute.
- Add the liquids to the pan, reduce heat, and cook for three minutes.
- Add the pasta to the pan and heat for one minute.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, remove from heat.
- Mix and serve immediately.
