• 2 L of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 200 g of Spaghetti La Moderna®
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 16 large shrimp, cleaned
  • A pinch of salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley, washed, disinfected, and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of basil leaves, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cup of fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed


  1. Heat the water and salt in a pot until it boils.
  2. Immediately add the Spaghetti La Moderna® and cook until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and soften the garlic without letting it change color.
  5. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn a bright color.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley, and lemon zest.
  7. Cook for one more minute.
  8. Add the liquids to the pan, reduce heat, and cook for three minutes.
  9. Add the pasta to the pan and heat for one minute.
  10. Add the rest of the ingredients, remove from heat.
  11. Mix and serve immediately.
