INGREDIENTS
- 450 g of La Moderna® Spaghetti
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 2 cups of medium clean shrimp
- 1 kg of clean chirla clams
- 1/2 cup of chopped small bacon fried
- 1 cup of cooked peas
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
- Paprika to taste
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add the chopped garlic and stir constantly until it is golden brown.
- Once the garlic is browned, add the shrimp and cook until they are golden brown (approximately 3-4 minutes), then add the clams.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes, then add the pasta, fried bacon, peas and parsley.
- Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
- Serve hot and accompany with baguette bread if desired.
