Rainbow Bowtie Pasta Salad


  • 1 package of 200 g of Moño La Moderna®
  • 2 peeled and sliced tomatoes
  • 10 black olives, quartered
  • 50 g Oaxaca cheese
  • 10 finely chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and black pepper



  1. Cook the Moño La Moderna® according to the package instructions and drain it. Rinse with 2 glasses of water.
  2. Meanwhile, in a pan, fry the garlic in the olive oil until golden brown, then remove it.
  3. In the same pan, sauté the pasta with the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Decorate with Oaxaca cheese strands. Serve at room temperature.
