INGREDIENTS
- 1 package of 200 g of Moño La Moderna®
- 2 peeled and sliced tomatoes
- 10 black olives, quartered
- 50 g Oaxaca cheese
- 10 finely chopped fresh basil leaves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the Moño La Moderna® according to the package instructions and drain it. Rinse with 2 glasses of water.
- Meanwhile, in a pan, fry the garlic in the olive oil until golden brown, then remove it.
- In the same pan, sauté the pasta with the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Decorate with Oaxaca cheese strands. Serve at room temperature.
