Pasta salad with tomatoes, basil, and cheese


  • 2 L of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 200 g of Caracol 3 La Moderna®
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of basil leaves, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup of fresh cheese, diced small



  1. Heat the water along with the salt in a tall pot until it boils.
  2. Immediately add Caracol 3 La Moderna® and cook until it is al dente (soft on the outside and firm on the inside).
  3. Check the cooking times marked on the package; drain and set aside.
  4. Combine in a bowl the Caracol 3 La Moderna®, tomatoes, basil, and cheese.
