Fettuccine with Shrimp


  • 200g of Fettuccine La Moderna®
  • 200g of medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large cream cheese
  • 3 slices of American yellow cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 small can of diced red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chipotle in adobo sauce
  • Finely chopped Chinese parsley
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. Blend the cream cheese, yellow cheese, red bell pepper, chipotle and milk until smooth.
  3. Heat the sauce on low heat, and when it begins to boil, add the shrimp and let cook for 15 more minutes.
  4. Cook the Fettuccine La Moderna® according to the instructions on the package and drain.
  5. Pour the sauce over the Fettuccine La Moderna® and add the shrimp.
  6. Garnish with Chinese parsley to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
