INGREDIENTS
- 200g of Fettuccine La Moderna®
- 200g of medium-sized shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 large cream cheese
- 3 slices of American yellow cheese
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 small can of diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chipotle in adobo sauce
- Finely chopped Chinese parsley
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside in the refrigerator.
- Blend the cream cheese, yellow cheese, red bell pepper, chipotle and milk until smooth.
- Heat the sauce on low heat, and when it begins to boil, add the shrimp and let cook for 15 more minutes.
- Cook the Fettuccine La Moderna® according to the instructions on the package and drain.
- Pour the sauce over the Fettuccine La Moderna® and add the shrimp.
- Garnish with Chinese parsley to taste.
- Serve hot.
