Fettuccine with Chicken and Avocado Cream


  • 200 g of La Moderna® fettuccine
  • 200 g of chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp of cream
  • 2 tbsp of milk
  • 2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp of ground nuts
  • Cottage cheese
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt


  1. Fry the chicken in a little oil and set it aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the avocado, milk, cream, cottage cheese, and salt to obtain a light cream.
  3. Cook the La Moderna® fettuccine according to the instructions on the package and drain.
  4. While the fettuccine is still hot, mix the chicken with the cream, add the fettuccine, and season with cheese and nuts.
