INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of La Moderna® Spiral Pasta
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 tomatoes, finely chopped and skin removed
- 1 1/2 cup of tomato puree
- 1 cup of cubed and cooked potatoes
- 2 cans of tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup of peeled and chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook La Moderna® Spiral Pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
- Add the onion and cook until it changes color, then add the garlic and cook until it browns.
- Incorporate the tomato, puree and cook covered over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- After that time, add the potatoes, tuna, almonds, olives, chili and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper and cook covered over low heat for another 15 minutes.
- Then, add the pasta and stir to integrate all the ingredients.
- Serve and garnish with parsley leaves.
