BAKED PASTA WITH TUNA

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packages of Rotini La Moderna® pasta, 200 g each
  • 4 L of water
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups tomato puree
  • 4 cans of tuna, drained
  • 150 g grated manchego cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Boil the water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Drain and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Mix and set aside.
  4. Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil, add the puree and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the tuna and mix. Adjust seasoning.
  7. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Add the pasta and mix well.
  9. Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with manchego cheese.
  10. 1Bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
