INGREDIENTS
- 2 packages of Rotini La Moderna® pasta, 200 g each
- 4 L of water
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 4 cans of tuna, drained
- 150 g grated manchego cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Boil the water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Drain and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Mix and set aside.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil, add the puree and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the tuna and mix. Adjust seasoning.
- Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add the pasta and mix well.
- Place in a baking dish and sprinkle with manchego cheese.
- 1Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
