INGREDIENTS
- 200g of Pasta Deportes KIDS! La Moderna®
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 piece of finely chopped onion
- 1 finely chopped garlic clove
- 2 cups of clean spinach leaves, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup of skim milk
- 1 low-fat cream cheese bar (190g)
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrot
- 1/2 cup of diced turkey breast
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion, cook without stopping until it changes color, add the chopped garlic and wait for it to brown.
- Add the spinach and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the pot.
- Blend the spinach with chicken broth, milk, and cheese.
- Return this mixture to the heat and when it begins to boil, add the bits of carrot. Salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then add the pasta and serve hot with diced turkey breast.
