• 200g of Pasta Deportes KIDS! La Moderna®
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/4 piece of finely chopped onion
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 2 cups of clean spinach leaves, cut into strips
  • 1 1/2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 1 low-fat cream cheese bar (190g)
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup of diced turkey breast
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion, cook without stopping until it changes color, add the chopped garlic and wait for it to brown.
  4. Add the spinach and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the pot.
  6. Blend the spinach with chicken broth, milk, and cheese.
  7. Return this mixture to the heat and when it begins to boil, add the bits of carrot. Salt and pepper.
  8. Cook for 10 minutes, then add the pasta and serve hot with diced turkey breast.
