INGREDIENTS
- 2 L of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 200 g of Spaghetti La Moderna®
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 fresh arbol chiles, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream
- 1/4 cup of water
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano, chopped
PREPARATION
- Boil the water with salt and add the Spaghetti La Moderna®; cook until almost al dente according to the package cooking time.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a skillet and lightly brown the garlic.
- Add the chiles and zucchini.
- Sauté for a couple of minutes until lightly browned and enhance the flavor with salt and pepper.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet and add the cream, water, and cream cheese.
- Cook over low heat and stir constantly to integrate the sauce.
- Add the pasta with the zucchinis to the skillet, mix well, and heat for a couple of minutes.
- Serve immediately and garnish with oregano.
