INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of La Moderna® Spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 large portobello mushroom, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups of green beans, cleaned, halved, and blanched
- 1 epazote leaf, washed, disinfected, and chopped
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and melt the butter, add the garlic along with the mushroom slices and green beans.
- Constantly sauté until the mushrooms soften.
- Increase the flavor with epazote, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lemon juice and sugar.
- Stir well and cook until the liquid reduces.
- Add the pasta, stir well and cook for one minute to incorporate the flavors.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
