Dinosoup

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g of Dinosaur La Moderna®
  • 1/2 cup of tomato puree
  • 2 liters of chicken broth
  • 100 g of halved turkey sausages
  • 100 g of diced turkey bacon
  • Salt to taste
  • Fried plantain slices
  • 1 tbsp of oil

PREPARATION

  1. In a pot, fry the bacon until it starts to release some fat.
  2. Add the Dinosaur La Moderna® and fry until it turns golden.
  3. Add the sausages, tomato puree, chicken broth, and salt.
  4. Let it simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  5. Decorate with fried plantain slices.
