CESAR SALAD WITH PASTA

INGREDIENTS

For the salad

  • 2 packages of 200g Elbow 4 La Moderna® pasta
  • 4 L of water
  • 4 cups of baby lettuce
  • 1 cup of croutons
  • 250 g of cubed roasted chicken

For the dressing

  • 190 g of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

For the salad

  1. Boil the water and cook the Codo 4 La Moderna® pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.

For the dressing

  • In a blender, combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  1. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the baby lettuce, croutons, roasted chicken, and cooked pasta.
  3. Serve the salad and drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese on top.
