INGREDIENTS
For the salad
- 2 packages of 200g Elbow 4 La Moderna® pasta
- 4 L of water
- 4 cups of baby lettuce
- 1 cup of croutons
- 250 g of cubed roasted chicken
For the dressing
- 190 g of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp of mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
For the salad
- Boil the water and cook the Codo 4 La Moderna® pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
For the dressing
- In a blender, combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the baby lettuce, croutons, roasted chicken, and cooked pasta.
- Serve the salad and drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese on top.
