INGREDIENTS
- 200 g La Moderna® screw pasta
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 3 tablespoons low-fat cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 1 clean and chopped dry arbol chili
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- 2 cans of drained tuna chunks
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Add the peas one minute before the pasta is finished cooking so that they can thaw and maintain a bright green color.
- Drain and set aside.
- Combine the cream, lemon juice, zest, chili, and pepper in a bowl.
- Return the pasta to the pot where you cooked it and add the cream mixture.
- Stir and allow it to integrate with the heat of the pasta.
- Add the pasta, stir well, and cook for one minute to incorporate the flavors.
- Add the tuna and stir once more.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
