• 200 g La Moderna® screw pasta
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 clean and chopped dry arbol chili
  • A pinch of ground black pepper
  • 2 cans of drained tuna chunks


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Add the peas one minute before the pasta is finished cooking so that they can thaw and maintain a bright green color.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. Combine the cream, lemon juice, zest, chili, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Return the pasta to the pot where you cooked it and add the cream mixture.
  7. Stir and allow it to integrate with the heat of the pasta.
  8. Add the pasta, stir well, and cook for one minute to incorporate the flavors.
  9. Add the tuna and stir once more.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy.
