INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of La Moderna® Spiral Pasta
- 200 g of flattened chicken breast in strips
- 100 g of chopped bacon
- 1 can of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of white wine
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Fry the bacon and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the seasoned chicken.
- Add the sour cream, wine, and rosemary, and let it boil.
- Cook the La Moderna® Spiral Pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
- Serve the chicken over the hot pasta and top with the bacon.
