Spiral Pasta with Chicken and Bacon


  • 200 g of La Moderna® Spiral Pasta
  • 200 g of flattened chicken breast in strips
  • 100 g of chopped bacon
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of white wine
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Fry the bacon and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté the seasoned chicken.
  3. Add the sour cream, wine, and rosemary, and let it boil.
  4. Cook the La Moderna® Spiral Pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
  5. Serve the chicken over the hot pasta and top with the bacon.
