Spaghetti with olives, caramelized walnuts, and panela cheese


2 L of water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
200 g of La Moderna® Spaghetti
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 cup of pitted green olives
A pinch of ground black pepper
4 tablespoons of lightly chopped caramelized walnuts
2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese


Step 1

Boil the water with salt in a tall pot.

Step 2

Immediately ddd the La Moderna® Spaghetti and cook until it is soft on the outside and firm on the inside.

Step 3

Drain and set aside.

Step 4

Pour the oil into a hot pan and brown the garlic.

Step 5

Add the pasta and olives; mix and enhance the flavor with pepper.

Step 6

Serve the pasta with the caramelized walnuts and grated parmesan cheese.
