Ingredients
450 g of La Moderna® Spaghetti |
5 tablespoons of olive oil |
6 cloves of finely chopped garlic |
2 cups of clean medium-sized shrimp |
1 kg of clean chirla clams |
1/2 cup of diced fried bacon |
1 cup of cooked peas |
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley |
Paprika to taste |
Instructions
Step 1 Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and set aside. |
Step 2 In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add the chopped garlic and, without stopping stirring, allow it to brown. |
Step 3 Once the garlic is golden, add the shrimp, wait for them to brown (approximately 3 – 4 minutes), and immediately add the clams. |
Step 4 Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes, then add the pasta, fried bacon, peas, and parsley. |
Step 5 Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. |
Step 6 Serve hot and accompany with baguette bread if desired. |
