|450 g of La Moderna® Spaghetti|
|5 tablespoons of olive oil|
|6 cloves of finely chopped garlic|
|2 cups of clean medium-sized shrimp|
|1 kg of clean chirla clams|
|1/2 cup of diced fried bacon|
|1 cup of cooked peas|
|2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley|
|Paprika to taste|
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add the chopped garlic and, without stopping stirring, allow it to brown.
Once the garlic is golden, add the shrimp, wait for them to brown (approximately 3 – 4 minutes), and immediately add the clams.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes, then add the pasta, fried bacon, peas, and parsley.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.
Serve hot and accompany with baguette bread if desired.
