INGREDIENTS
- 500g of Spaghetti La Moderna®
- 1 liter of seasoned tomato puree
- 400g of ground beef
- 150g of chopped smoked bacon
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 peeled and chopped carrot
- 2 peeled and chopped celery sticks
- 1 tablespoon of dried basil
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
PREPARATION
- In a pot, with low heat, fry the onion, carrot, and celery in the olive oil.
- After 10 minutes, add the bacon, cook for 5 more minutes, and then add the ground beef.
- As soon as the beef changes color, pour in the tomato puree, salt, and basil. Cook for another 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain.
- Serve the pasta with the sauce and Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.
