INGREDIENTS
- 2 L of water
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 200 g of Screw La Moderna®
- 1 cup of low-fat cream
- 1/2 cup of skimmed milk
- 1/4 cup of low-fat Manchego cheese, grated
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups of blanched peas
- 120 g of Serrano ham, rolled up
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- Parsley leaves
PREPARATION
- Heat the water with salt in a high pot until boiling.
- Immediately add the Screw La Moderna® pasta and cook until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Heat the cream and milk in a semi-deep pan until it boils.
- Add the pasta to the pan, stir well, and cook until the pasta absorbs part of the sauce.
- Add the cheese, pepper, and peas, mix allowing the cheese to melt.
- Remove from heat and incorporate the Serrano ham and parsley leaves.
- Enjoy immediately.
