INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of Rotini La Moderna®
- 2 pieces of chorizo, diced
- 200 g of Oaxaca cheese, diced
- 1 tbsp of chipotle in adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of pine nuts
PREPARATION
- In a skillet, brown the pine nuts in olive oil, then fry the chorizo and chipotle.
- Meanwhile, cook the Rotini La Moderna® according to the instructions on the package and drain.
- Add the Spiral La Moderna® to the skillet with the chorizo, toss and add the cheese. Let it melt.
