Rotini Pasta with Chorizo and Chipotle


  • 200 g of Rotini La Moderna®
  • 2 pieces of chorizo, diced
  • 200 g of Oaxaca cheese, diced
  • 1 tbsp of chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of pine nuts


  1. In a skillet, brown the pine nuts in olive oil, then fry the chorizo and chipotle.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the Rotini La Moderna® according to the instructions on the package and drain.
  3. Add the Spiral La Moderna® to the skillet with the chorizo, toss and add the cheese. Let it melt.
