INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of Penne La Moderna®
- 300 g of sliced arrachera
- 1 can of roasted peppers
- 1 tbsp of chipotle sauce
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/4 bar of butter
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tsp of vinegar
- 2 tbsp of ketchup
- 4 tbsp of honey
- Juice of 1 orange
- Coarsely ground black pepper
- Salt
PREPARATION
- Melt the butter in a pan and add oil.
- Fry the onion and add the mashed peppers, chipotle sauce, ketchup, honey, vinegar, orange juice, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook for 15 to 20 minutes to thicken.
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain.
- Fry or grill the arrachera and coat it with half of the sauce, and lightly season the pasta with the remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle some black pepper on the pasta and serve hot.
