INGREDIENTS
- 500g of Farfalle La Moderna®
- 1 broccoli head
- 3/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 peeled garlic clove
- 1 bunch of fresh chopped basil
- 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 50g of walnuts
- Salt
PREPARATION
- In a blender, pour the olive oil, cooked and chopped broccoli and all the other ingredients.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, reserve a little cooking water (1/2 cup) and drain.
- Mix the pasta and the pesto in a pot and add a little cooking water if it looks a little dry.
- Serve and enjoy.
