Farfalle with Broccoli Pesto


  • 500g of Farfalle La Moderna®
  • 1 broccoli head
  • 3/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 peeled garlic clove
  • 1 bunch of fresh chopped basil
  • 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 50g of walnuts
  • Salt


  1. In a blender, pour the olive oil, cooked and chopped broccoli and all the other ingredients.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, reserve a little cooking water (1/2 cup) and drain.
  3. Mix the pasta and the pesto in a pot and add a little cooking water if it looks a little dry.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
