INGREDIENTS
- 2 L of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 200 g of Fettuccine La Moderna®
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/3 cup of goat cheese
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of grated lemon zest
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of toasted and chopped almonds
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat water with salt in a pot until it boils.
- Add Fettuccine La Moderna® and cook until it is done.
- Drain and set aside.
- Blend the cream with the cheeses and bring to a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic, onion, and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Cook for 6 minutes or until it slightly thickens.
- Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for two more minutes.
- Serve hot and sprinkle with almonds and fresh parsley right before serving.
