Creamy Fettuccine with Two Cheeses


  • 2 L of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 200 g of Fettuccine La Moderna®
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup of goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of grated lemon zest
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of toasted and chopped almonds
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped



  1. Heat water with salt in a pot until it boils.
  2. Add Fettuccine La Moderna® and cook until it is done.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Blend the cream with the cheeses and bring to a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic, onion, and lemon zest.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for 6 minutes or until it slightly thickens.
  8. Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for two more minutes.
  9. Serve hot and sprinkle with almonds and fresh parsley right before serving.
