Ingredients
For the salad
2 packs of 200 g La Moderna® Elbow Pasta |
4 liters of water |
4 cups of baby lettuce |
1 cup of croutons |
250 g of roasted chicken cubes |
For the dressing
190 g of cream cheese |
1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese |
4 tbsp of mustard |
1 garlic clove |
2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce |
1/3 cup of milk |
Salt and pepper |
Instructions
For the salad
Step 1 Bring the water to a boil and cook the La Moderna® Elbow Pasta according to the package instructions. |
Step 2 Drain and set aside. |
For the dressing
Step 3 Drain and set aside. |
Step 4 Blend all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. |
Step 5 Mix the lettuce with croutons, chicken, and cooked pasta. |
Step 6 Serve and pour dressing over the salad to taste, and sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top. |
