Texas Hands & Voices supports the parent and professional community through events, workshops, and educational opportunities. They also offer emotional support, resources, and opportunities for families to connect with other families with deaf/hard of hearing children. Of the approximately 400,000 births in Texas each year, about 1,000 babies are born deaf and/or hard of hearing.
