Bun with arugula, walnuts and black beans

Ingredients

½ teaspoon of salt

200 g of La Moderna® Bow

2 tbsp. olive oil

1/4 onion, sliced

N

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

2 cups of washed and sanitized baby arugula

N

1 cup black beans, cooked in unsalted water (no broth)

N

1/3 cup toasted and chopped walnuts

N

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano

N

3 sage leaves

N

A pinch of salt and ground pepper

Preparation

  • Heat the salted water to a boil. Immediately add the LaModerna® Moño pasta and cook until tender.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  • Add the arugula and continue to sauté until softened. Add the remaining ingredients along with the pasta and cook for two minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy.
