Preparation

For the salsa:

Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and add the garlic and chile de árbol. Stir constantly and allow the garlic to brown slightly.
Add the oregano along with the onion and stir regularly until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the canned tomatoes, mix with the ingredients in the pan, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes and set aside.

For the pasta:

Heat the water and salt in a tall pot until boiling.
Immediately add La Moderna® Whole Grain Pluma and cook until tender.
Transfer the pasta to the saucepan, add the sausages, and cook over medium heat for two minutes.
Serve hot and garnish with Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
